Then suddenly, I thought what do these athletes take during their drinks break to remain energized?It took 7 days to discover amazing healthy drink recipes to stay active.

Mouth-Watering Drink Recipes for Fuel up your Body

1. Orange, Yogurt & Berries mix-up Smoothie

Cooking time: 5 minutes

2 cups of orange juice

2 cups of frozen berries

1 cup yogurt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

How to Prepare?

1. Add orange juice, yogurt in the blender.

2. Sprinkle vanilla extract.

4. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

5. Shake a little, again blend for 30 seconds.

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 glass of hot water

2 tbsp lime juice

1 pinch of cayenne pepper

1 tsp ginger

1. Bring out electric kettle pour all ingredients into it.

2. Stir with a spoon so that all ingredients mix up.

1/2 Orange

Cinnamon Pinch

1/4 tsp turmeric

Hot water

1 tbsp honey

How to make?

1. Take a glass and add honey.

2. Include shredded ginger into the glass

3. Add cardamom in glass

4. Pour turmeric and add a pinch of cinnamon to the glass.

5. Divide lemon into wedges and spill out in a mixture.

6. Squeeze some extra lemon juice on the glass.

7. Divide oranges into wedges and place on the top of the lemon.

8. Fill glass with hot water and stir a bit by spoon.

2 tsp honey

1 large banana

6 oz Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup cooked Quinoa

2 cups of fresh frozen strawberries

1-1/2 cups of almond milk

Ice cubes- 1 cup

1. Add milk, yogurt first in the blender

2. Add other remaining ingredients

3. At last pour some ice cubes

4. Blend for 1 minute until smooth.

8. Dark Chocolate & Almond milk – Energy drink

1 cup of chocolate almond milk, unsweetened

3 dates, pitted

1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

5 oz of yogurt for thickness

1/2 banana

Topped with Oreo biscuits mixture

How to Prepare?

1. Take a bowl with hot water and place dates for 3 minutes until soft.

2. Bring out the blender and add milk, yogurt first.

3. Add other remaining ingredients.

4. Blend at max settings for 30 seconds

5. Pour in a serving glass and topped with Oreo cookies mixture

Note: You can also add other toppings like crushed Kit-Kat or any other chocolate cookie.
